Concrete floors in Avenel
Tough floors for country homes and sheds.
Avenel is a short run up the Hume from our base, surrounded by farmland and lifestyle blocks. Two of our featured projects, Fowles Wine and Homestead, are here.
We are about 20 km north of Avenel, so we can get to site quickly for quotes, slab inspections and each stage of the grind and polish.
Around Avenel we polish floors in farmhouses and new homes, burnish and seal shed and workshop slabs, and hone outdoor areas, verandahs and paths. Concrete floors handle mud, boots and machinery, and they are easy to hose or mop clean.
We come to site to look at the slab or the plans, talk through the finish you want, and give you a clear written quote.

Questions
Common questions from Avenel
Do you travel to Avenel?
Yes. Avenel is about 20 km from our base at Whiteheads Creek, near Seymour, and inside our 100 km service area. Call us to book a site visit and quote.
Can you polish an existing slab?
Usually, yes. We grind off old glue, tile adhesive or coatings, repair cracks and then polish or coat the floor. We will check the slab first and tell you honestly what finish it can take.
How do I look after a polished concrete floor?
Sweep or vacuum, then mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and acidic cleaners. A sealed and densified floor resists stains and wear for many years.
Building in Avenel?
Talk to us early in the build program and we’ll help you choose the right finish, then schedule the grind and polish around your trades.
