Mechanical Polished Concrete
True mechanical polishing: the slab itself is ground and refined with progressively finer diamonds until it shines, then densified and sealed.
We grind the slab to the level of aggregate exposure you choose, from a subtle cream finish through to salt-and-pepper or full stone exposure, then hone and polish it through a sequence of finer diamond grits.
A densifier hardens the surface as we go, and a penetrating sealer finishes the job. The result is a floor that is easy to clean, stands up to daily wear and can be finished anywhere from matte to high gloss.
We work alongside builders through the construction program, from the first grind after the slab is poured to the final polish before handover.
