Buxton Residence
Random exposed mechanical polished concrete, finished to a 400 grit low sheen, through a bright, open-plan country home.

We ground the slab to a random exposed finish, letting the aggregate show through naturally across the floor, then polished it to 400 grit for a soft, low-sheen look that suits a relaxed country home.
The floor runs through the kitchen, living, dining and lounge areas and continues out to the covered outdoor living space. It was densified and sealed so it is hard-wearing and easy to keep clean.
